| The Super Panther III is a camera dolly that can run on track as well as free steer on studio floors. It has a motorised centre column, that can be raised or lowered whilst taking a shot - this is called a jib movement. It can be combined with a tracking shot to give you camera movement along 2 axes. |
| The super jib movement is controlled by a remote unit, that can be clipped onto the pan handle of the camera, thereby giving the Camera operator the jib control if he needs it. There are 2 adaptors available with the dolly. There is a low rig that enables the camera to be lowered to just above track level. There is also a sliding U-bangi, which is a device that fits onto the dolly & enables the camera operator to make short, accurate and easily controlled tracking & swinging movements. |
